Requirements

Here are the requirements to participate in any of our programs for ownership.

1. You must be a resident of the state in which you plan to purchase a home.
2. You must be employed for at least a 1 year period with the same employer. It must be verifiable with that employer.
3. You must have documentation including W2, tax returns for at least 2 years, government issued id.
4. You must be able to financially afford the property. In order to maintain ownership without default.
5. You must have funds to use as a down payment.
